Under the supervision of the Heads, IOC/GOOS Albert Fischer and IOC/IODE Peter Pissierssens and within the framework of the Approved Programme and Budget of the Intergovernmental Commission of UNESCO for 2020/2021, the Individual Specialist shall be required to cover several components and this within the context of the GOOS-IODE ‘Ocean Best Practices System (OBPS), the EC Horizon 2020 projects EuroSea and Jerico S3.
